    I'm not a big fan of Haughey's tenure as Taoiseach...essentially, he wasn't much more than a very accomplished liar and crook. The Charvet goods were paid for out of Fianna Fail's coffers. That's pretty low.

    Certainly not the greatest of Taoisigh, but as a sartorialist I recognize his distinct style and offer my condolences to his family. RIP.
