I recently received a very nice brown leather RRL Belt and the Belt Buckle is brass colored. It is a permanent buckle with no snaps as far as I can tell. Where could I get this changed to a silver plated color buckle? Would a leather repair place be able to handle something like this? Also how much would something like this cost? Thanks a lot.

I don't see why it can't be done, as long as the replacement buckle is the same width. Remove the current stitching, slip new buckle in with the tang through the existing hole, re-sew. If the new buckle is longer or shorter than the old, the fit of the belt might change a bit.

I pay my cobbler $12 to shorten belts. I don't know why this would be different if you supply the buckle.

Edit: The 'Noles DID go and crushed the Gators. Fight On, Trojans -- Beat the Irish!
