Iconic chambray Doyle from Epaulet LA for sale 40R (originally $175)
Please have good buyer/seller feedback (eBay ok) or be active in threads.
Gorgeous mottled fabric.
One of those pieces I like a lot but just don’t wear enough. This jacket has been worn maybe three times. I just don’t reach for it and need to clear the closet.
I had the sleeves shortened to 25 inches. The waist was just taken in a smidge to give it a sense of shape but without losing the French Worker jacket vibe.
Note, due to a production snafu, none of the Chambray Doyle’s went through the final hot wash. So this is longer than normal Doyle’s by 1.5” (mine measures 30 in length). Mike did a hot wash in a washing machine to shorten length. I have not and just wore it as a long jacket.
If length matters, please search Epaulet thread for instructions. I would just leave it be, especially if you have other Doyle's. Variation is good, no?
Chest measurement is as normal size (21 p2p here). Stock photo shows the unwashed length.
