Hi all,
Does anyone have experience with the quality/sizing of Cerbero shoes? I'm looking at a pair of suede oxfords on Yoox priced at $132, so I'm not expecting much… would love to be pleasantly surprised though.
Thanks!

I've only ever read one review of them and I don't remember if it was blog, tumblr or forum-so that doesn't help. I do remember that it was from someone that knew what they were talking about and were a little embarrassed to be so impressed with a shoe at that price range. A little snobbish but it was likely coming from someone that considered themselves a shoe snob. For that reason i have had the Yoox Cerbero page favorited for well over a year now in case something comes up that I want to take a chance on. I do like the way their thicker soled models look but you can't really tell much from the Yoox pictures.

I ordered a pair. They didn't fit so they went back but I would have kept them otherwise. By no means are they amazing shoes but they're certainly nothing to be ashamed of. I'm sure they're glued together or whatever but they're Italian fashion shoes after all. I have a hunch that Cebero is some Yoox label, since they always have a bunch of them in stock and I've never seen/heard of brand anywhere else.

I've had two pair for about 5-6 months now. Ordered them from YOOX simply because I liked the look and for the price I thought I'd take the chance. Pleasantly surprised when I received -- they look better in person than the YOOX pics (both good quality suede that's held up well) -- and the chisel toe style fits my feet as well as any shoes I have -- most of which are 5x-10x the price I paid for these. But you have to expect downsides for the $90/pair I paid. Glued construction, with a rather hard midsole. The heel has quickly worn. But they're great with jeans so I plan to have them topied and with a rubber heel. Should be fine. All in all a good shoe for the price.

Wouldn't the topy + rubber sole cost more than the shoes?

I just received a nice pair of sueded, tasseled slip ons from yoox for about $70.00. They are beautiful and comfortable, which fitting is very difficult for my foot. I walk around a bit when I go out, so I had the thin rubber soles fitted with sole protectors. I would never pay full price for these shoes, but they are the nicest shoes I've ever had for less than $100.00, and my wife says they are beautiful on. They will go casual or dressed up for me. I like suede anything.
