Has anyone had any problems with Cedarville Store's ground shipping. I ordered a couple of Epic shoe trees from them and they still haven't shipped it yet. It's been 2 weeks and they haven't been responding to my emails or messages!!!

That's strange. I ordered a tie/belt rack from them about 3 weeks ago. It took a total of, say, 10 days for it to arrive. No shipping problems for me.

They drop-ship them from Woodlore (or did last time I ordered). It's been a few months since I have ordered though.

I'm having issues making contact as well. I emailed and called a few times as I had a question about which shoe tree was best for my particular shoe, but no response.

I ordered shoe trees back on 6/18/09 and paid for them with Visa. They never shipped and never refunded my $55.00. Don't buy from these jerks.

Never ever had any problems with that merchant. However they do not provide tracking or e-mail notification for ground shipping.

So in the last hour we've had 2 members with 1-2 posts with identical complaints with Cedarville. This seems plausible...

For what it's worth, I ordered from them on August 7th at 10:24 am and received my two pairs of shoe trees yesterday, August 12th.

I had a huge problem with Cedarville. I ordered some epic shoe trees and they billed me, but they never sent them. After a month of e-mailing and phone calls with no response, they finally responded to me. Basically they just neglected to send my shoe trees.

They overnighted them to me (without apology). When I returned them, they claimed they never received them. Now I'm out $70. Not the best experience...
