At the begining we never knew this estate existed. We had bought a bigger boat and had it moored at Gold Coast City Marina, the only thing that bothered us about being there it was so far to get out on the broad water. We met some loverly people there that told us about this land out here for sale, not even thinking at the time that we would even look at let alone buy a block. We had visitors from New Zealand and decided to come this way for a look, show them around the coast.
