+1. That pewter flannel is gorgeous.

This thread is such relief for the eyes. Thank you, posters!

Pretty crazy TRINI. I don't think this one works. It's the shirt.

Nice shoes, though.

I think you managed to pull it off, but closer spacing or different pattern would look better.

Yeah - I had my doubts this morning but couldn't be assed to pull off the jacket and start all over.

My first foray back into WAYWRN in months. Manton's thoughts? Sufficiently C?

This photo's in b/w because the lighting was awful. And this is an awful angle, but it's the best I could do.

Colors are fine, tie needs a more discreet pattern.

Query: had I been wearing a red BB1 instead, would that have been sufficiently discrete because of its traditional background, or simply too loud due to contrasting red and white? Trying to get a read on your POV without reading all 100+ thread pages.

I like the idea of the print better but the scale of that one is big and gaudy.

The Loops are too big in relation to the flat ends. You need to have a loop to flat end ratio of 50/50 with warm undertones.

I'm an excellent driver. Dad lets me drive slow on the driveway every Saturday. It's a 1949 Buick Roadmaster. Straight 8. Fireball 8. Only 8,985 production models. Dad lets me drive slow on the driveway. But not on Monday, definitely not on Monday.

Uh oh, fifteen minutes to Judge Wapner

I wouldn't describe either tie or shoes as conservative business dress but I like them.

I've not minded your other pinned collars, but I'm not quite convinced about this one. Nice otherwise.

I can't decide whether you just pull off the double stripes or not. I wonder whether a solid coloured tie would distract the eye from the stripes more and oddly work slightly better?

I like the tie, but it is too bold with the rest. I'm not sure how you would wear it best...
