Thanks! And yea, agree on 46 jacket.

I doubt however there is enough fabric to let out the 46 trousers and make them fit :( it's not possible to keep the 46 jacket and 48 trousers?

No they come as a set. One option could be to find an inverted friend.

However we do have the Cavour Twill and Cavour Twist suits, where jackets and trousers are sold separately.

Any thoughts on how this sport coat fits me? Thought it came a tad smaller than I had hoped based on measurements. (Ignore the pant length, haven't been hemmed).

I don't love my silhouette in it for some reason. Maybe the waist needs taken in?

I think maybe the opposite. The waist being a bit tight prevents the back flap from laying flat, which is pulling the vents open.

It does look like your right shoulder is dropping quite a bit, which is probably affecting the overall fit. It looks like it fits well in that side shot, though.

I do have a large "seat" so that may not be helping the back flap not laying down as well.

Shoulders and seat are way too tight. I would size up and maybe take the waist in. This makes you look very bottom heavy
Thanks for your feedback. Bottom heavy is a good way to describe it. This is also my first time buying a "spalla camicia" so I wasn't sure if that had to do with the fit.

Poorly. Too small. Shoulders especially. Size up
Shoulders are actually too big - look at those divots. Bit it is possible it's a factor of a sleeve head pitch. Seems it's a heavy tweed fabric, so can't really see if it's the nerds shoulders issue

I do have broader shoulders and larger biceps so it definitely feels full in the shoulder. Maybe that causes a divot?

Unfortunately I stupidly missed the return window, so I'm off to getting rid of it.

Divots can be cause by jacket shoulders being too small. This 100% looks like it needs to be sized up. Taking in the waist won’t fix this

I could use some help with sizing. Size 50 mod 2 trousers. Should I size up or fix it with alterations?

Waist seems perfect.
Crotch area bit tight.
Thighs a bit tight.

How do you prefer trousers to be finished?

  • Plain hem

  • Cuffed (1.5 inches or less)

  • Cuffed (more than 1.5 inches)

  • No preference, as long as the proportions work
