thanks for the link!
Yes, I’m very happy and impressed with Cavour’s Model 2 jacket and trousers, and also the Sartoria line shirt. Here are some photos from the shoot we did to showcase them.

Very happy with my navy jacket. Love it and have been wearing it nearly every day.

However I was curious to try one size up, just to see how the shoulders might fit.

arrived this morning and here are some crappy mirror pics

Pros and cons to both sizes in my mind. I think the 54 (one size up for me) fits me better in the shoulders (that slightly wider shoulder is better on my frame). But the lower armholes are less than ideal (they're not too low, but still not great).

The length on both is great. The 54 definitely has a more old-school vibe. I think it's very flattering. The 52 (my normal size, which I have the navy jacket in) is more of the intended fit, I think.

Curious what others think.

I think you can pull off both but I'd stick with 52.

Actually I have proceeded vice versa - bought one size up initially, had it taken in in waist and sleeves, so I can wear this jacket, but I should confess I would prefer armhole higher and sleeve narrower. But it fits great in shoulders. Now I am expecting my usual size to arrive in a several days
