CALLING ON HOME SEWERS TO HELP HEALTHCARE WORKERS FIGHTING COVID-19
The lack of proper masks, gowns, and eyewear equipment is making it difficult for health workers to do their work fighting the novel coronavirus. In a recent New York Times article, medical workers said they were worried about how they can both fight the coronavirus without imperiling themselves, as well as their loved ones when they go back home.
If you are a home sewer, please consider helping my joining Hickey Freman Technical Vice President Jeffery Diduch in his effort to produce and deliver homemade gowns and masks to medical professionals in the greater Rochester, New York Area. Read about how you can help here

Hi,And can you address whether suits and sportcoats are full or half canvas?
They do. Apart from smal differences that may vary due to production margins and different fabrics. The jackets in heavier and more coarse fabrics may fit a little more snug than a very light suit in the same size.thank you!
Lastly, do the blazers fit the same as the jackets from the suits?
Hi,I made a purchase a week or so ago, and received everything. I was trying to figure out how to return something, but haven't heard back from Cavour yet.
I was just now going to wear my brand new Cavour shirt for the first time, and found out one of the buttons on the sleeves was torn clean off. I tried to look in the box it came in, but there was no button in there, so it must have happened before that.
Very disappointed. I sent another email to the team, but not expecting a reply any time soon.

Thank you. Looking forward to hearing from you.Hi,
Thats not good!
I have set aside a couple of hours tomorrow to catch up on emails, returns etc.
The sale is keeping us well above our capacity, so I know that there are a couple of people still waiting for a reply on their emails.
One of our growing pains I’m afraid.
But we will have it sorted out shortly.
Sure,@kevinsvindland May I suggest one thing: a post either here or on your website with detailed info and step-by-step return instructions would be most beneficial to your non-EU customers.
Alternatively, any members experienced in Cavour returns process who wouldn’t mind posting this would also be most helpful.
