Does anyone know of an alternative contact for Cavour to return an item beside [email protected]? I have been trying to return a jacket that did not fit since December 2nd. I received an e-mail from Kevin promising a DHL return label shortly thereafter, but never received one, despite multiple follow-ups. Beyond frustrating.

Hi,

Please PM me your order number, and I will sort it out.

@kevinsvindland what is the 56 chest measurement for this jacket?

https://cavour.co/en/product/789/wool-cashmere-checked-jacket

The measurement table is a little wonky compared to the other jackets - i.e. "1/2 waist opened" and "point to point" and no chest measurement.

Thanks!

Hi,

The 1/2 chest measurement of a size 56 is 60 cm. Laid flat and measured across, between the lower end of the armholes.

‘I was looking at these but are the front/back rise measurements correct? It says they are mid rise but for the size 52 the front rise is listed at 21.8cm (8.5") and the back rise at 15.6" which is very low rise indeed.

It does seem like the rise measurements are a bit off here.

The rise for a size 52 is Front 26cm and Back 42 cm. Including the waistband.

@kevinsvindland Did you guys announce the winner of your post-Christmas shoe giveaway yet? ?

Happy 2020!

I am not sure to be honest.

My colleague Aslak has taken control of our Instagram, and all things that goes on there.
He said something about missing some contact details in order to complete the shipment.

If I won a pair of EGs I would make sure to send my email and phone number on the double!
