10 cm below the crotch it measures 31cm across half thigh.
(With 5 cm allowance if you need it to be wider.)

I let out the thigh to the max on my mod. 2 trousers and they went from unwearable to slim and nice.

Yes, there is a decent amount of extra fabric on the inside.

@kevinsvindland Fantastic you're carrying Finamore.

Are you bringing in their slimmer fit shirts as well as standard? I also appreciate Finamore also offers some of the taller collars among higher-end RTW which I think can lend a smarter look either worn with or sans jacket.
