Casual Work Shoes...Any ideas?

Hi friends,

Looking for some suggestions on reasonably priced (under $200) shoes for work in a business casual environment.

I'm covered pretty well on the dressier client-appropriate front but looking for ideas on shoes that are comfortable but still look nice. Need some decent cushioning in the heel but with durability.

I had been using some Geox loafers but the quality seems to have gone downhill lately.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

Derby brouges are nice and casual, I don't know any specific brands for you though, I live in Euroupe.
