Casual Work Shoes...Any ideas?

Well I have lots of great dress shoes. I am looking for some ideas on slightly casual but comfortable shoes.

I would agree on most things Aldo, but have you actually examined this shoe or do you just know what the correct SF response is supposed to be?

BTW, you forgot to include your suggestion.

I like desert boots too. I have some brown Loake Saharas, which are quite cheap and have held up really well. But they run big, so you need to go down a whole size.

I said desert boots in my previous post. Why would I need to examine the shoe?? It's glued and cheap leather, just like everything they have.
