Does anyone know of any casual shoe brands that have a nice and/or unique ground feel? I have found that Mephisto shoes offer a very unique ground feel. The soles that I have are thick, stiff and stable but have an extremely pleasant sensation upon foot-strike.
Another brand is Brooks. I have had their walking shoe models and these provide a cushioned, stable and secure feeling. I wouldn't say unique like Mephisto but more of a traditional feel but of much higher quality.
