We are doing a small fall wedding in our backyard next Saturday. Currently this is what my groom is wearing. He really wants a tie to go with it but I have no idea what if anything would look good with the combo he currently has picked out. Any recommendations as to what would work here?

A black grenadine or knit silk tie might be color-compatible, but a black tie is not for an English-speaking wedding. Replace the shirt with, for example, light blue, and the range of compatible ties will be broad.
