I'm 6' 2", thin and have pretty long arms and not a terribly long torso. Most of my dress shirts I have to buy with a 36/37 sleeve length. I have the worst time trying to find casual button down shirts to wear untucked; if they are long enough in the arms then they aren't fitted enough in the chest or they are too long in the body to wear untucked; if they are good in the latter categories then they are too short and I have to wear the sleeves rolled up (defeating the purpose of a long sleeve shirt imo...). Also, I can't see spending more than say $80 on a casual shirt...any suggestions?

your best bet is finding a good local tailor who can alter the hem length and chest/body. doesnt sound like you're going to have many options, esp at $80

You should buy tall sizes then take it to a tailor and have them shorten the hem. bananarepublic.com has a decent selection of tall sized shirts online.

If you like gambling, do a search on the forum for 'Jantzen'. Give yourself a couple days to read it all.

And welcome to the forum!
