I bought a lovely cashmere v-neck from M&S and am looking for another one of better quality. Maybe Would of Cashmere in Burlington Arcade or Drakes or Turnbull and Asser? From Turnbull and Asser's website:
The best grade of cashmere fibre is used in our knitwear and measures between 50 and 70mm in length. The fineness of the fibre is vitally important too. This is measured in microns with the best quality fibre measuring between 14 and 16 microns. Other grades of cashmere do not meet these high quality standards and when cashmere is manufactured using shorter thicker cashmere fibres there are more ends in the yarn and this can cause the garment to lose shape more quickly and cause pilling on the surface.

I recently bought several Raffi cashmere and merino sweaters in both v- and crew neck. I like the quality of them so far. Saw them up on Sierra Trading Post recently for ~120.
