How well do the BB 3 ply cashmere sweaters compare with Polo sweaters? Polo is made in HK while BB is made in Scotland.

I prefer the BB ones.
PRL cashmere leaves much to be desired at full retail.
BB sweaters have a much fuller fit though.

I recently got a Polo shawl collar cardigan and the cashmere is softer than the BB this season. Right now the Polo sweaters are around $100 or even less.

The Black and Purple Label single ply cashmere has never seemed very nice to me. I know cashmere is warm for its weight, but those are next to transparent when worn.

I don't know if the one I bought is 3 ply, but it feels as thick as the BB ones. It is made in Hong Kong 'from Italian yarn'.
