Any recommendations for a reasonably priced ecru long sleeve knit polo? Thanks in advance.

I have this William Lockie Rob Howard in Clay, €279 retail price (not sure if it's reasonable enough). Pretty pleased with it.

re: Colhay's, these notes on their Colombo Rollnecks seems odd, no?

Sold out sizes will not be restocked this A/W season (Sept 2024 - March 2025), you may wish to consider another colour. Restock may take place next A/W season (Sept 2025). Please use the Notify Me button to be informed when this is in stock or if we run preorder.

I have started the knitwear year with this dark red roll neck by Luca Faloni: View attachment 2325497
Size S (46), 50cm pit-to-pit. The measurements on their website are accurate for both of their sweaters in my possession. Interestingly, the specs (ply, gauge, weight) they list are the same as Colhay's but the latter's roll necks feel notably heavier and a bit denser.
The first one I received had some yarn not worked in but their customer service was very quick and accommodating and organised a replacement - taking 5 days in total.

I also wanted to share a cashmere beanie made by William Lockie I picked up a few weeks ago in Berlin:

I believe it is 6-ply - feels thick and heavy. I appreciate the two rows of standard knit stitches resulting in a neat crease when folding over.

do you mind sharing the Berlin source?

I think they often have this or similar notes? Sometimes they just don't restock.

I messaged them about stock generally relatively recently and the response was that they may restock this year and for some styles they may also consider taking preorders but nothing confirmed presently.

Yeah I was waiting for the chalet cable knit, they didn't restock at all from the recent autumn/winter seasons. Maybe later this year.

Anyone have experience with Allude? Looking for mid weight (or lighter but not too thin, to wear more over t shirt than button down) navy crewneck. This seems reasonable, open to other suggestions.

Bought some of their sweaters ages ago, and they held up pretty well, construction was good. How this translates into today’s quality is a different story. Their current items certainly feel much softer than the ones I have - which haven’t pilled after over 15 years.
