That must be brushed cashmere
Did you do a special order to get one without turnback cuffs? How does one do this?Since it finally got a bit colder in Germany (at least for the past few days), I got around picking up my WL Oxton roll neck in Bottle (size 48/40) I ordered back in January in Berlin (shoutout for letting me wait until September to pick it up). I'm really fond of the colour and am glad I could order the sweater without turn-back cuffs. Too bad it's getting warm again this week...

Now I'm only missing thicker sweaters for autumn and winter.
Interesting, you go size IT50 even if the garment is cut for slimmer fit or for relaxed fit from the same brand?I usually wear IT50/UK42 size for William Lockie and M for Johnstons of Elgin, but I also have some knits in 48/40 and S.
For my shawl collar cardigans by McGeorge of Scotland I went for an IT48, for the one from Colhay's for a UK40/M.
Generally I wear IT50 for the most of Italian producers. more seldom 48 size.
Yes! I did it through a store in Berlin. You can probably ask at your WL stockist of choice if they can order one without turnback cuffs. There are also a ton of colours to pick from if you go custom.Did you do a special order to get one without turnback cuffs? How does one do this?

I am really starting to like cable designs, does that mean I'm getting old?.
No, its just you probably already have clean crew/v necks simple knits...and now you want to add some extra texture into your collectionI am really starting to like cable designs, does that mean I'm getting old?.
I still do. 😆Yes.
Jokes aside, I actually think that tastes evolve and refine with aging.
Until nor long ago, for example, I found shawl collar cardigans unattractive.
I still do. 😆
I don't own any yet, but I've been interested in getting one of those cricket/tennis sweaters, which typically have cable patterns and 2-3 different colors around the neckline. Still not sure how easy they'd be to wear though.I am really starting to like cable designs, does that mean I'm getting old?.
