What whould you choose for a winter suit?
Cloth in range 350 - 450 grms.
I'm not into tweed but will probably have a tweedish look

Just be aware that, typically, neither of these fabrics are very durable. I believe some of the newer worsted cashmeres may be a bit more durable, but those fabrics are likely VERY expensive. If this is a suit you hope to wear reasonably often, perhaps another type of fabric would be a better choice, for example the Lumb's Golden Bale or others of its ilk.

Cashmere, and even then I'd be hesitant.

I like cashmere's softness (and camelhair is not bad too) and can get a good deal on it, is it so strange?

Camelhair for a suit is a bad idea. Get a flannel.
