Hello,

What's the best place to buy some cashmere hats online?
(Perhaps ebay or amazon?)

And, if buying online, how can I verify that its a real 100% cashmere?

Thanks

I bought a couple of cashmere knit hats from RL last year, but they are a bit thinner than I like. The best one I have was bought a few years back from BR. It's very thick and soft.

The thicker are better? So far, I found this: Scottish ( I heard that they have the best cashmere, is that true?) http://www.scotweb.co.uk/sr_johns_DQ060 RL have one quite nice for $145, and JC have for $45 (but looks much thicker) This and this

(I'm from Slovakia, Europe) One more thing I don't entirely understand is why one cost $40 and other $150 ? What's the difference between them, or it is only the brand what make the price so different?

Thicker hats keep my head and ears warmer.

I bought last year's version of the RL caps shown in the link, a red one and a navy. Mine were purchased towards the end of the season and half price or more, IIRC. They are nice, but not very thick.

My Banana Republic cashmere cap was cheap, but I don't remember the price I paid. Maybe $50 or so.
