Please help me understand the differences between the Caruso and the Raffaele Caruso Sartoria Parma lines. Are they related to style only or are there differences in construction?

Quite sure this has been brought up before. The Sartoria Parma has more handwork than the regular Caruso (called 'traditional' in the Caruso pyramide, i think). There is also another line above the Sartoria Parma with even more handwork.

Thanks. I looked for a thread but didn't find it. Does anyone know what are the differences and what is the name of their top line?
