Yes, and I would think it's perfectly appropriate for everyday wearing, depending of course on what you're planning on wearing it with...

I wear it casually.

It's particularly fun with a grosgrain band.

Yes, timeless and versatile. It’s one of the few watches I like with Roman numerals. The head of JLC, I believe, once gave his (biased) opinion of the top 5 watch designs:

Cartier Tank
JLC Reverso
Rolex Oyster
Omega Speedy
AP Royal Oak

I like the design, but wouldn't pay the price asked. Much prefer the Reverso.

Sometimes I get lost in the sheer variety of Reversos...it seems unlikely that all are in good taste.

The Gran Sport version is hideous, as is the newer Squadra line. My personal favorite is the Grande Date.

Of course, you can't go wrong with the classic model.

e line has larger format Tanks...I'm not sure, but the current mainline might have a larger version also.

A consideration for those with bigger wrists.

There's a very pretty dual time Tank in the Privee line, but it is sooooo 'spensive.

The IWC Portuguese Minute Repeater is the one minute repeater to rule them all.

^^^ Too much going on. And despite it's smaller case diameter, too chunky.

Perfection:
