1999 Mazda 626 LX.

I would much rather not have a car. I don't particularly care for driving or any of the other trappings of having a car. I'll take a transit pass, an iPod, and the newspaper over all of that.

Currently I drive a BMW Z3, I'm not too impressed with BMW and considering the new cars look ugly I think this will be my last BMW. In the past I have had a Mustang and a Corvette. I will never own another Mustang. I liked the Corvette but I was 17 (what 17 year old kid wouldn't like one) but I don't think I would buy another new one but I wouldn't mind having a 63-67 convert. My dream car would be a 62-63 Ferrari GTO.

A Z3 is a BMW with panties.

Currently I drive a black 1995 Chevy Blazer. Not the most stylish car, but 5 days a week it spends at least 12 hours a day in the parking garage at the train station and on weekends it's useful for trips to the lumberyard and Home Depot. At least it's practical for what I use it for.

I drive my dad's car (I don't need my own yet), a 1997/8 E-Class Merc with 2.4 litre engine. Nice car, but hopefully he'll buy a C-Class soon, because although I haven't test driven it yet, it looks nice.

I think the Black was the only way to go, my wife I think is going to get to enjoy it more than me though.

Very nice Chris. First time I've seen one of these as a drop top. It's nice knowing you have that great Merc engine in there too....

Unbelievable car belive me, I am so entrhalled with driving it when my wife lets me...could not get her to swap with me...but it will be more fun than our other convertibles this summer. Color makes the car to. And yes, the merc engine, and everything else is great to have...cannot believe thay make the car in Germany.

With kid #2 on the way soon, I'm thinking it's time to swap the 1998 BMW M3 for something more practical and with a bigger back seat. Do any of you have any experience or thoughts on the Audi S6 or Audi Allroad (both wagons)?

I've driven both, they're quite nice, and may serve you quite well in poor weather... If you're looking at brand new options, those are good ones, as well as the Touareg and Cayenne, I would consider the E55 (or M5) as well for only slightly more money if you thought a sedan would be appropriate given your family situation.
