I understand that hypercars are going to be heavily driven by aerodynamic concerns...but I'm kinda meh on that overall.

I mean it certainly looks cool and like a hypercar, but it also just looks like a hypercar to me. With some small tweaks, I could see the same thing coming out of other companies...doesn't have that porsche feel to me.

I think the new AM DB12 looks better.

HC's are cool and all for the aero, technology, and speed but are really mehh for looks.

I don't disagree. I kind of wished based on its likeness to the WEC/IMSA Prototype cars that this would be a hybrid, kind of a street legal 963. Still looks cool but that's about it.

Been driving the new one for a few months as a loaner until the new lease arrives from the factory. It’s as bland as it gets. With an anemic engine.

I agree there just isn't that much Porsche DNA or design language in this car. I think if they had done the headlights a little bit differently the shape of the front might have been tied into their vintage racing Porsche 910. So perhaps it was a bit of a missed opportunity, but even then unless someone is is into vintage racing cars most people wouldn't think it looks like a Porsche.
