The "new one" picked it up tonight. Will tell the process tomorrow.

Both my cars are loud. "One naturally (broken exhaust) and one unnaturally (fart can)"

You may be on to something. I’ll let you know in a week.
I had a titanium trim edge rental a couple of years ago and was really quite pleasantly surprised with it.

If you are saving enough money to cover retirement and other saving goals, spend whatever the hell you want on a car. If you make $100K and taxes and saving take up like $30K, you have $70K for the rest. If you have fun with cars, spend like $15k or whatever a year. The only time when you really need to worry is when you want to buy something but have to pull back on saving. I doubt driving a Porsche but living on cat food is envious.

To keep everything short as possible (it's a lot): The Merc's timing chain gave out around the end of October. Since then my lady's been picking me up for three weeks straight and after that I was uber'ing back and forth between work and home for the rest of these past three months.

It was impossible for me to finance another car because I'm new on credit with 4 other factors working against me. So that was done after the first two months.

The classic Benz specialist that I was supposed to take the Merc to (which I've been talking too since my car broke down) fortunately and coincidentally was headed in my area too replace a customer's brakes. I called him the day after my dad told me the owner of the tC didn't want to sell it (she wanted to sell it. Then didn't want too. Then wanted too again). We met at my dad's Shoppe after work. He did some looking and digging under my hood. Looks like I might have some crushed valve's. Waiting on the new quote from him.

Everything with the Scion worked out. Driving it and replacing some stuff that I don't care for (Like THE ? EXHAUST) and putting away however much it is to fix the Benz. Not getting rid of either.. Probably ever.

I own two whips at the age of 23. Even though either of them are in the best condition.. I'm still trying to dawn on that. Trying my hardest.

So it's a Toyota 2-door?

That could be a rocket. especially if manuel.
Like a Corolla variant?

Good to see you land a daily, sorry about the big car problems.

Saw a blue RS6 today with the blacked out trim, it absolutely blows the E63 wagon and Panamera sport turismo away for looks.

Photos do not do it justice. One of the best looking cars I’ve seen in a while.

edit: it was Navarro Blue. Something the pictures don’t catch is the front wheel flares, which really looks good. Here’s a picture i found that kind of shows it. I can’t get over how much better it looks in person.

The fact that Audi charges so much for the option with the blacked out trim is lame. I know everyone charges something, but they seem to charge much more than their competitors.

I really, really like the Turbo Blue color they offer on a few models (S5 sportback being one of them.)

Its a matic. Was thinking about headers all the way down. Wheels and interior fresh up have that be it.

it did come with an INJEN intake.

Number 1 is a thorough detail. Get some shine on it.
Yeah, That's a cool daily.
Keen to see how it shines up.
We need a full tour of this chariot.:lurk:

My first thought is the headlights, and the wheels. then the emblem.

Come on guys, this is cool! A budget daily project car!

(imho Paint the wheels Bronze/champagne with heavy clear. Brakes silver. Fresh emblems. and hit the headlights with the polish, then the whole thing a scratch at a time starting with the door handles, tire shine any plastic trims)
