YES PLEASE. And as a Honda man saying this, the current gen accord overrides the current gen Civ.

Got an email from Honda today and saw the new prototype Civic and was very impressed. I hope it looks exactly like this, especially with those wheels. They'd finally be back to making proper civics again, the latest generation was just disappointing. The front end has an aggressive look to it and I'm glad it doesn't have too big of a grill (a trend that must stop somewhere)

And now as a GM man its been hard for me these past few months to grip the reality that this was a vehicle designed and built in '05

I remember in '06 when one of my dads co workers at the Mazda dealership showed it too me on his computer. But i was more focused on the prototype Challenger when it was shown in the magazines since I loved the originals. But the times have changed. Chevy came with something a lot more original looking back at it. Nothing else was even remotely looking like that in the mid 2k's. 5th Gen Camaro's are ahead of their time design wise.

While working at Lexus in 2008 we had a (new at the time) SS Camaro come in on trade, along with a Maserati GTS. Man those were some fun times; we were all taking turns after hours doing drag rips in the back straight away behind the dealership.

have seen a few of the new Defenders driving around. Other than the 90's video game console attached to the rear/side window area it's a great looking car. Far better looking than the other luxury boxes that RR is offering these days.

Boo. The world needs more loud, colorful individualists. We are a sea of mediocre beigeness as it is.

This could be a great mission statement for a man kicking off a midlife crisis and needing to justify his decisions. Maybe the world just needs people to take themselves less seriously.

Also just have to post this unrelated crazy thing I just saw.

Been on Benz forum for the past 3 weeks because we initially thought it was a fuel delivery issue for why I was smelling raw gas. But doesnt seem like that was the issue.

Which engine is yours again? the 3.8?

You can't source another engine?

From what limited knowledge of Benz', freshening up an engine with new gaskets etc and swapping would be easier than repairing a broken one.
You could get a lower mileage engine.

I wonder how hard it would be to upgrade to the 560 engine, if he's got a 380.

the new Defender is going to be huge with housewives. "I like how high it sits".

I have no idea how high it sits, but it looks high.

This is great news for those who are waiting for the depreciation hit. Housewive vehicles don't go off road, so the miles should be easy.
