Obviously. In theory you should be able to get someone to change the software to allow the rear view camera to work when driving forward, but that will probably cost more than it's worth.

Sticking your head out of the window is probably a bad idea as well, so I'm going to make a bold statement here; buy another car.

I drove on of these mofos throughout college. Liked it a lot especially in a parking lot full of boring X3's.
