On the 3GT, BMW says it reduces aero drag.

    M4 looks good.

Tonight I was driven to my hotel from the airport in a BMW 750. Hadn't been in a BMW in several years thus it was nice being in one for about an hour. It brought back memories as well as reminded me that I should give them serious consideration in a few years.

Ok so that linked article says those pics are photoshopped renderings of what the car could look like.

    No, I'm 24!

I had to give up my spot to someone on the wait list...

Goddammit I was really looking forward to this.

wow, thats a bummer. I signed up in hopes theyre doing it again soon, sounded like a lot of fun. NJ was the closest one but if I could swing it I'd make a weekend of it.

I'm sure they'll be okay if they see you pull up in your M5.

Why 25? Is this their way of assuring they have experienced drivers?

Maybe same reason you can't rent a car until youre 25? Or does that rule not exist any more?

yes, I bet this is the reason. insurance is much higher for people under 25, so I imagine group insurance for a company that lets many people drive its cars is astronomical if they let people under 25 drive their cars...so they just disallow it

you can rent under 25, but you'll almost certainly pay a higher rate.
