It's a decklid rack, we use it for a big wicker picnic hamper, although can be used for a large suitcase etc.

74 hp stock in my summer/nice weather driver: 1981 VW Scirocco Though it isn't the most powerful car out there, it still sure is fun to drive and handles better than a lot of cars I've driven.

Daily is a '01 Volvo S60 T5

I think you and I are going to have to share this one. My A-class is also a 13.5 sec to 60 vehicle, while Nataku's Scirocco does a claimed 11.1 sec (when new).
