    New wheels + tint.
Would probably look much better if lowered but I don't want to sacrifice the comfort.
Rear could probably be more flush too but it seems like it might just be weird pic angle.

if the company leases the car, you must keep a log of personal miles and this must show up as income/compensation
for example, if you drive 2000 miles/month, and only 1000 is business, 1000 x IRS rate needs to show up as taxable compensation
the rate varies on the vehicle class...eg, a chevy truck might be 55 cents/mile, a rolls might be $2/mile

I prefer to buy mine, and get reimbursement at the IRS rate
for example the rate is 55 cent/mile, subtacting insurance, fuel, tires, maint net ~ 30 cents (not including depreciation)

    say I drive 10k miles/year for business, I make $3k, if I do this for 5 years, net $15k (non-taxable to boot)

my last BMW e46 M3 paid 40k with 7k miles...sold it with 150k miles (65k business, 75k personal) for $15k, had it 6 years, was reimbursed ~20k + 15k so I recovered 35k, in essence to own the car and use it cost me $5k for 72 months (plus the cost of money) or $70/month 'lease' (plus my portion of the insurance, fuel, maint,), not bad for a BMW M3

I saw a matte black AM V8 this morning. Fugly. He riced it out with the annoyingly blue headlights, too.

although data on the F10 M5 is scarce, it is moving up the short list quickly
'Ring time 7:55, that is fast for a 4 door luxury car, that's as fast as an F430
0-150 17 sec, 2 sec faster than the new 911S (code 991), for reference, not 'better' purposes
    1/4 12.0/123 or so (new 911 11.8/117)
unrestricted top speed close to 210 mph

and it's being tuned already (not that I would mess with warranty)
German tuner PP-Performance has released their first tuning stage for the 2012 BMW F10M M5. Stage 2 is currently in the pipeline.
Stage 1 includes an ECU upgrade using the OBD interface and upping the power from 560hp and 680Nm to 612hp and 750Nm of maximum torque. Performance figures are now 0-100km/h in 4.1 seconds (base is 4.4)

the car is supposedly like a bank vault, dead silence, coupled with the muffling effect of the turbos, too quiet
they actually introduce engine noise via the stereo system

maybe a year or so after they are on the market, bugs worked out, more reviews, and initial depreciation has hit

Scarce it's already out and some idiots has already crashed one.

You can configure it on most european bmw sites and you can download the brochure as well.

High end coilovers aren't bad comfort wise and it would look a lot better with less wheel gap, but as it is now is :fonz:

    thanks
the sportauto piece looks like the initial drive report
I'm sure the supertest will be soon to follow

I need to see one in the metal, the newer BMW designs don't look so good in print, ie, 2 dimensional

The 5 in general doesn't look good with M bumpers, it's much better looking with std. bumpers.
