Keep the pics coming, Nantucket; thanks. I have a funny story about older Ferraris. One of the guys in my company - an IT techie, making I'm guessing about $40K a year. He bought a 20 year-ish old Ferrari for about $40K (he's a bachelor - no wife to gripe about the spend). He looks great in it.

lol.

This was a great thread ultimately ruined by the image of the "ultra pimped-out" Impala.

Disclosure: My father had a 928 S4 and it was the first manual car I drove. Definitely ahead of its time. My father also bought one of the first off the boat in 1978 and it had the wild German pop art checkerboard seats. The car became hot and my Dad was able to sell it one year later for $16K more than he paid.

The 928 GTS was on my list of cars to buy before I got my current car. The cost of maintenance and repairs however ultimately ruled it out (same thing happened with the BMW 850 I was looking at).

NR, am I correctly understanding that these are new shots of cars you take daily rather than some year's stockpile or something. Because this is unreal.

Nice '91 Jag. :)

I can't begin to imagine. You don't see that in NYC. Ever going to post any of your street work? It is my favorite genre, I just can't do it.
