Carr's Corner - experience?

I've been looking at various suits/coats etc. on ebay when I noticed this one seller, Carr's Corner. The prices, in some cases, are ridiculously low. So low, in fact that it makes me suspicious, ie. a mint HSM suit with a Buy it Now price of $69. No funky colors or sizes either.

Does anyone have any experience with this seller? Please help turn off my "Too Good To Be True" alarm.
