These are Oscar. They look quite similar to Soller in a boot, but the Oscar toe is very slightly rounder.

If any one is interested, I have a beautiful boot (UK 8.5/US 9.5) listed. Price dropped today. I can't get permission for another boot till this one sells (the Interior Minister and Minister of Finance - aka wife) has reasonable conditions...
