Sweet. I just ordered the Burnished Armagnac unlined shell chukkas from them. They arrived yesterday. I love them. The look, the fit and the feel of the unlined shell chukka is awesome IMO. This was my first goo at the Sineu last and it fits well. I sent them in to have toe plates installed, so I can't take pictures of them right nw

Those issues with welting are not something to keep.
I had the same issue and Ioana thankfully helped me with a remake.

Here are some natural light photos for everyone. Looking closer at these, I did find some wonkiness, but what does the experienced Carmina crowd here think? Some panels have some pretty distinct lines in them and the toe caps seem to have some pinching going on around the welt.

Interested in knowing what they respond.
I asked them during the recent MTO weekend and they said they have a leather called gaucho which is similar to kudu. I was inquiring about kudu or grey suede at the time.

During the MTO Weekend I inquired about natural shell cordovan, and it was available. I figure if it was offered previously, your chances are good. It seems like they offer just about anything you can think of.

This is the exact reason I will always come back to Carmina. A plethora of lasts, leathers and they truly let the customer tinker with nuances. I can’t wait for my pair. I’m already thinking of my next MTO build….

your boots look great! It might be a micro-detail but I love the purple lining!
