It's always great when you find a pair you've been eyeing appear in the second-hand market. Are your trousers bedcord?
No the trousers are from Naked & Famous...."Brown Heavy Velvet Twill a heavyweight 100% cotton Japanese velvet. The velvet is woven to be soft and smooth but with distinct diagonal twill lines." Love the color and texture, nice fit also.

Ohhh, I remember seeing these during Tate+Yoko recent sale, but my size was sold out. I assumed they looked much better in person and they do, great pick up!

This is good to know, I also was curious. Did you pay an extra fee for the sourcing of the leather?
They did an ill fated Kirby Allison collaboration and I think may have been a slight excess of leather left. There was going to be a group mto but was a problem on some of the hides so it never came off (en masse).

Here are some promised Green Marbled Shell 80184 boots. Or, as the light changes... “Chameleon” Shell.

HUGE Thank You goes out to Styleforum and @Carmina for making this special pair possible. I am over the moon happy.

Neutral light: Marbling is muted.

Does the bronze/orangey tones appear in indoor lighting?
They’re very nice boots. I’d be interested in seeing how they age.
