Looking for some help with sizing a pair of Chelseas (both Rain and Simpson lasts) if I wear 44 in CPs, 45 in MMM GATs would an 11 be sufficient or too small?

Edit: Realized I had a pair of Meermin on the Hiro handy and those fit pretty well in an 11.
