Yeah I thought so too. These are the best I can find from Carmina for denim and chinos: Fitzgerald Shortwing Brown Calfskin What do you guys think?

They are beautiful - but in my opinion too formal for denim/chinos.

I don't know. I am just looking for something a little nicer than suede chukkas I normally wear with jeans/chinos. Maybe chelseas would be better? Why not some chelsea boots?

Yeah you make a good point diglett. I wanted to get a new style of shoe but it I think sticking with boots would likely be better.
The Carver Burgundy Calfskin Chelseas look like they would be the dressiest of them all, but they do look cool. I'm hesitant about chelseas as I've never worn a pair..
Hell, I'd even consider just getting the Carmina Ashbery Chukka Boot Brown Calfskin. But again, I'd be worried they might be a little too dressy for denim and chinos.. maybe not though?
Those are fantastic looking but I'm holding out for either the Sinclair wingtip boot in cognac shell or the Steinbeck wingtip boot (like the one in the picture above) in burgundy shell.
