These are on Rain last.
Would anyone be down for a penny/full strap loafer in the light grey suede carmina has?
I could be interested in the string loafer.
I just wish the light grey was a little darker/less yellow. Or the Dark grey was lighter/less blue.
finally got my 1st carmina (531 detroit last cognac shell)
first day wearing it and find that
the detroit last is huge. probably .25~.5 larger than i expected. im very snug on a 7.5 rain last. and feels long and wide on a 7.5 detroit. i could probably fit into a 7.
im a 8d in the alden barrie last.
i dont like the creasing on my right shoe, is there any way i can fix it? i like my shell to hav a few ripples instead of just two deep ones.
I have these on the way! 9.5D Barrie boots and ordered an 8 in these. I'm an 8.5UKF in Simpson and Oscar.
You honestly pay attention to how your shoes crease? If they are too big, sell them. Life is too short to wear shoes that don't fit. The creasing won't stand in your way, since most people could not care less how their shoes crease. If you want to keep them, always stare straight ahead and enjoy the fact that you are not barefoot and that everyone else is admiring your shoes.
Can someone suggest me some tools to maintain a pair of Carmina dark brown suede Adelaide shoes? My experience with suede is limited. But essentially I want to even out the nap on both cap toes if that makes any sense. Someone please tell me I'm being too OCD regarding the latter :/
New Carmina for women.
You could try an insole and/or tongue pad to help take up some of the extra volume
