There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Behold... the perfect black shoe. Can't wait to rock them on Monday. I haven't worn a black shoe since I graduated infantry school 6 years ago!

Awesome! Question, are there 2 Carmina stores in Madrid? I went to the one on Serrano Street which is much smaller than the one you are standing in front of. I assume that their is one on Serrano Street and Gran Via?

Edit: just saw their are 3 in Madrid and I happened to go the smallest one on Serrano Street. It seemed like I was only a few minutes way from the one on Claudio Coello which is the one you're standing in front of it seems. The fact that I found the Barcelona one was purely accidental since we walked in the wrong direction to the car. Happy accident I guess…haha

Thanks for the help! I think I'll give the light brown a shot. Just out of curiosity, how do you guys feel about neutral cream?

Apply neutral polish as a final coat for a good mirror shine. Neutral cream? Useless IMO.

I have never used neural cream--I would just use Renavatur. As to neutral paste, I am not really a fan, but Ethan Newton (who knows quite a bit about shoes and polishing) uses it. He has a You Tube video showing his shoe shine methods.

Thanks for posting. Had not seen that. Never expected Ethan to have that type of a dialect when I had seen him in pictures. (As if that is something that you can determine from seeing a picture of someone) I like those shoes he's shining, and the very first ones that briefly appear in the very begging.

+1. I have exactly the same pair and I also use Saphir's light brown (03) on all my tan shoes. Their colours are the same. No lighten no darken.

We definitely did. Can't believe I missed that store as my wife and I went to both Christian Louboutin and Meermin on the same stretch of street. Oh well at least we bought something haha.

Yeah, model 10085 on Carmina's website. They shipped crazy fast too with a nice postcard from the shop.
