There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Nope - don't worry you'll get a PM. Lousy light today - hoping for better tomorrow.

They've mentioned that they like to fingered under on the tongue, btw.

Great shoes - I got the double monk on the Inca from the Armoury. I love the purple lining as well.

How does the shortwing boot compare to your Lindrick?

Has anyone gotten Carmina's lasted shoe trees? Is it the same as this? If not, could you post a pic and let us know how much it costs? Thanks.

I am looking into getting a pair of Carmina's, seeing there is a boutique that carries them now. They are supposedly the only place in Canada that you can get them. Not sure if that is true or not, but it is one hell of a selling point.

Gdot, they are beautiful. I thought they were on the Rain last though.

This is one of the pairs of shoes I'd buy knowing full well I would have no occasion to wear them. They'd be on permanent display in a well lit cabinet.

You are right about the last, my bad - just edited the poast! :embar:

I'm thinking I'll wear them a lot - as my work environment is pretty flexible as long as clients aren't present. I'm very anxious to see how they shade with some wearing.

Which store is this? It'd be great to be able to try on a pair to determine size/fit. And what are the prices like?

Fresh off the plane from The Armoury. I ordered them on Friday morning and they arrived today!!!

I have borderline wide feet and had to use shoe trees to get my feet in but these are already starting to feel as comfortable as my bedroom slippers!

I've trying to decide between the Chelsea on the Rain last or the Jodphur on the Forest. Either would be worn with flannel trousers for business casual wear and jeans for casual wear. Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Chelsea on Rain:
Not instock: Would cost $150 more than the Jodphur
    I like a chiselled toe
Not sure how I'll feel about the elastic sides

    Jodphur:
    $150 cheaper
Not sure about the round toe. Does the forest last seem blobby?
