The MTO fee is approximately 23% on the Carmina website which is a solid deal since it’s waived for this promotion and its for everything Carmina offers like Calf, Suede, Cordovan, Lizard, Grain, Caiman, Alligator etc. It also includes the shoe trees.

I just configured a pair and it doesn't show any discount, and shoe trees are extra.. how can I get it to show?

    Use this code WELCOME-NEW-YORK .
They told me yesterday that free shoe trees are shipped with every MTO so no need to add extra trees.

Thanks! I am probably going to place a few MTOs. Couple questions:

Is there anywhere I can see the differences in brown suedes (brown seude, brown vogue suede, brown repello)?

I have many boots with dainite soles but I don't know how to tell if they are double soled - any way to tell? Is this a good idea generally for dainite?

If I am an 8.5UK in forest jodhpurs, would I be an 8.5 in rain The instep and toe box is snug but there is a bit of heel slippage with the jodhpurs fully tightened. Good fit though. I am also an 8.0UK in soller suede boots, those are a good fit too.

    Thanks!

I just quickly dropped by the store during my lunch time. I must say the shoes looked impressive.

    Forest sizing recommendation?

Rain: 7UK (bit narrow on left foot)
    Detroit: 7UK (near perfect)

    C&J 325: 7UK (slight heel slip)

I'm circling around navy shell wholecuts for an MTO (the in-stock option is Rain, which doesn't fit me well). I'm also thinking about some sort of balmoral to make an ideal "travel" shoe:

    - burdeos (works with every suit I own)
    - Tomir sole (sometimes it rains)
    - style: unknown. Cap toe? Punch cap? My typical Adelaide, maybe with medallion?
    - last: depends on style, I think ...

Any thoughts appreciated. What are others doing? Style 80460 is just begging for something cool ...

In the meantime, shell monks from yesterday, in the newer cognac color:
