Nice laeathers! Is it possible to do a single MTO (customized order)? And what is the difference between this hatch grain and the "Natural Essex print" on your website?

Essex is cowhide. This is shell cordovan.

The difference is our Essex print is box calf whereas this version is with cordovan, although they have the same print.

Regarding custom made orders, you can send us an email with your proposal and we will study the possibility. ([email protected])

Any Simpson last experience??

I purchased a pair of soft calf loafers (napa rusticalf) in the Simpson last. They feel a bit snug across the instep. Other than that the fit well. Being soft calf can I expect them to give a bit? I wear a size 12D US and ordered an 11UK per their sizing chart.

I have to make a decision prior to wearing them.

That is probably right where you want to be. I don't have rusticalf experience, but there should be some stretching.

Just in case you are interested, we received a new order from Horween this week.

Horween football print and hatch grain. GMTO ideas for them?

Oh, boy :butbut:. I would go for a pebble grain basic captoe blucher since the grain would be the star. I've heard that pebble grain shell has a translucent quality so the open panels would highlight that (have not seen it in person, though).

Don't want to busy it up with brogueing. Also, grain to me has always been more of a casual leather hence the blucher suggestion. Darker cordovan preferred, although the pix above looks a little reddish. Detroit last. Hope you don't pick my idea since I'd have to buy it :-(

Do you have the darker color as well in this hatch grain cordovan...
Something like this would look great

Thank you for your suggestions everyone, we are loving your ideas. You can discuss among yourselves which models and leathers you would prefer, we can even think of a voting system.

Regarding colours, we could order whatever colour you liked from Horween or even create a colour ourselves similar to recently popular green olive cordovan.

@coolarrow no need to worry, the "wining" models will be a gift for the 2-3 users that suggest the final MTO's
