This is not controversial it's fact happened to me in few other brands. After wearing them shoe will break in & you will not have any way to tighten them up. Only other option is to wear thick socks or use insole. Both are not acceptable to me if I am paying 300$ & upwards. Just my personal input, but to each their own.

For calf, yes I would be worried. These are shell, which has a lot less give in my experience. Worst case I'll have to use tongue pads, but I'm not projecting that I'll need them.

Guys, what Saphir color cream you would use in a pair of burgundy shoes, burdeos or mahagony? I was watching the Hanger Project comparison and the burdeos is indeed very purple and the mahagony is more reddish.

I alternate burdeos and black and the result is quite good.

With navy shoes I use navy and black.

With dark brown I use dark brown and black too.

With any kind of brown I alternate the closest colour of the shoe and a shade darker.

You will need them, unless you stop the footbed from sinking. Same thing happened to me.

Saphir Pommadier in blue gives a nice deep shade to burgundy leather, combined with mahogny and/or neutral over time. Try on a small area (heels) or similar first so you know you Will like the outcome :)

Oh man! These are my FAVORITE pants! Theyre Rivet Chinos from Epaulet. They're perfect for summer. The Cotten is very light and extremely soft. Very comfortable. And the pattern is a little busy, but I'm a one-pattern guy. Wore them with a solid light blue shirt and navy unstructured SC.

And also, as a jazz musician my stylistic considerations for most occasions will be a little more relaxed than typical business attire.

    Cheers tho!

A few pages back, I was concerned about a size 8 shoe tree in a size 8½ Rain last shoes having altered the fit of the shoes. Another user also stated that he had had best experiences with sizing down shoe trees one size with the Rain last. I had bought the shoes at Skoaktiebolaget but Carmina offered to take a look at the shoes. They also thought a size 7 shoe trees would fit best. Furthermore, they have offered to send me a brand new pair of shoes so that I will have shoes in the complete original fit.

I think that is something worth remembering when buying shoes in the future. Very good service indeed.
