    Inca has a higher instep than Simpson indeed. But the instep on Inca is still lower than Rain or Soller in my experience.

    I think it is a matter of personal taste. I don't care much for cordovan leather because I think it looks too shiny overall. And I like cleaning and polishing calf leather with a nice shine on the toe which is not near as much fun with cordovan leather. But again others will beg to differ.

    Carmina coupons aren't a thing, period.

    A black oxford in cordovan is a bit non-traditional - cordovan is traditionally a more casual leather. In 2017, are you wearing suits often enough to own 2 pair of black captoes?

    AFAIK it is not a standard practice for Carmina. On black friday there is often a promotion as well.
