For actual business cards i.e. pouch or for credit cards?
I use one for credit cards now b/c it is much slimmer than the thinnest wallet I could find. It's slightly over your budget but worth it in my opinion (mine looks brand new still despite lots of abuse). The best part is it has minimal logos and comes in all sorts of colors.

Interesting, just noticed the "women" in the link. I bought mine in store and the SA didn't mention that. Oh well, it appears unisex in real life anyway.

I assume you mean credit card holder. I prefer one over a folding wallet. There are tons of them on Ebay in your price range. Zegna for example.
