I'm planning to buy these cap toe oxfords.
I think they're the cheapest from Loake.

However, looking at the website I see so many oxfords in every price range up to about 215 I was previously recommended the aldwych as well but these are a bit too pricey for me, unless someone can give me a good reason to invest in them.

you can see a wide range of oxfords in the following link
http://www.loake.co.uk/bystyle/toe-cap.html

I can probably pay a bit more if there is a good reason to but can someone explain to me the difference between the 200, aldwych, and (the next two links) finsbury and 806.

What exactly am I getting for each price increase. Given that I'm on a budget would you say it's OK to just get the 200? or could it be a good idea to throw another 20 or 40 pounds in the next most expensive models? Thank you for your help.

The cheapest (200 and Finsbury) are made in India. The 806 is English made. The 200 has a leather sole. Both the 806 and Finsbury are as the site states a 'contemporary' Oxford and have a studded rubber sole.

The Aldwych is English made and is calf - a superior leather.

As above, biggest thing here is the difference in leather quality (polished/correct grain leather vs calf leather), and where they are made (if that bothers you). If you want something cheaper maybe try Meermin, or look for Loake's 1880 range on sale. They can sometimes be had at 20% off.

Here's an interesting pictorial guide on polished vs calf leather - http://imgur.com/a/MMZ2S the basic message is that corrected leather just wont stand up to long term use and cant be restored or maintained like calf can. I suggest you spend 30 mins researching the difference
