Jesus, I can't believe that people would actually pay $10 for this.

I think its 3 for $10. I dont think its the worst product out there. At least better product than that shirt clip posted last week. Anyway getting a dimple on ties isnt that hard. You just have to figure out how to do it and can be done with a cheap tie. I'm the one with the visibly crappy cheap tie with a perfectly dimpled knot :p

I find that I can't get a nice, clean dimple on most ties unless I tie a half windsor or Pratt knot. Which is fine since I prefer 2 3/4 inch ties so even a full windsor doesn't look horrendously fat and bulging. Oh and those pictures on the site show one way of getting a dimple: pinch the tie whilst you tighten the knot.

This is the kind of thing only poor people, with time on their hands, and nothing else to do, worry about. Haven't you better things to do?

Proper dressing is a proper habit, not a compulsion.

Hey, if a perfect tie dimple leads to gorgeous women's "dimple" as above, I'm sold!

I've heard they're coming out with a new line that comes pre-snagged so the wearer doesn't have to directly experience the trauma themselves.

Tie dimples -- don't care. Collar stays -- throw 'em away.

hahahah, that might be a good idea. Maybe I can sell it to them on that premise, I hope that one day they will come with all ties the way collar stays come with shirts. I created the product because I am an absolute perfectionist and I got tired of readjusting my dimple throughout the day. It does a great job of holding the dimple and all the edges are smooth and rounded so that it will not damage a tie.
